Guarantee on Shipped Violets

All African Violets that we ship are securely packed with care to avoid leaf breakage and other damage.  Some damage can occur no matter how carefully packed.  This is to be expected and will usually cause no long-term harm to the plant and is not considered as grounds for a return. However, there may be times when your plant(s) or leaves arrive and are unsalvageable.  If this happens, please e-mail me a photo within 48 hours.  I will replace your African violet, substitute another one, or offer a refund or a rain check, depending on the supply on hand.  The buyer must cover the replacement shipping.  A photograph of the damaged plant with a description must be submitted via E-mail within 48 hours.  If you cannot provide a photograph no refund will be offered.

I do not guarantee violets damaged from cold weather.  If it is too cold to ship your African Violets then please do not order.  I have limited space and I cannot hold orders for more than 7 days.

Guarantee on Blooms

I love African Violets and I believe you should get what you ordered and paid for.  I am not here to push out as many violets as possible, I want you to be able to enjoy your African violet.  You chose that particular African Violet variety for a reason, and if it turns out to be something you don't want, I don't want you to be stuck with it.  A lot of times violets are sold without having any blooms and most of the time your plant will bloom true, but occasionally there are some that don't.

Please keep in mind that the first blooms from a plant are usually lighter and may look different from their description.  If you wait for the plant to fully mature you can determine if it is blooming true to type.  If after your African Violet goes through a couple of bloom cycles and is not blooming true I will replace the violet by exchange or substitution only depending on my supply.  You would be responsible for shipping the original violet safely back to me and I will cover the charges for shipping the replacement.  Please retain the original paypal packing receipt incase you have to claim a refund, I will not exchange your violet if you do not have this.

This guarantee does not apply to plants grown from leaves; plants that bloom true and then sport, (as this has a lot to do with growing conditions); or chimeras, as all chimeras must be blooming true before being sold.
