Hello, my name is Jennifer.  I run this one-woman operation out of my home.  I have a growing room where all the violets are born.  I am a certified grower with NY and my nursery is NY state inspected.

My love of violets came unexpectedly and quickly flourished after one fateful trip to Lyndon Lyon's Greenhouse (I love that place!).  Over the next two years, I found myself with more and more violets and not wanting to do anything else except tend to them, spending hours upon hours researching, even going to the local library and reading very out of date books....very interesting, I might add.  It is my solace.

So, with the encouragement of my husband, I expanded from Ebay to create my own site.  I had dabbled in websites and it has been another small hobby of mine, so I knew it was doable.  The only problem I have is time.  Currently, I am working two full-time jobs as well as growing over 600 violets!  Talk about a busy girl!  Since our first season went reasonably well, even with my limited offerings, hopefully I can cut down to one job next season and maybe have a little bit of a life, since I will have much, much more to offer next season.  And I thank all of my customers for making that a possibility.  Cheers to you!
